Fortnite Challenges – Update 2
Epic has revealed the challenges that players will be completing this week, and the ‘pop 10 balloons challenge’ is amongst them.
The challenges in full are (click the links for guides):
Use a Sneaky Snowman in different matches – 5 Battle Stars
Land at Retail Row (5 stages) – 1 Battle Star
Eliminate opponents at Junk Junction or Retail Row (HARD) – 10 Battle Stars
Pop 10 golden balloons – 5 Battle Stars
Dance on a Sundail (3 stages) – 1 Battle Star
Shotgun Eliminations (3) – 10 Battle Stars
Complete timed trials in an X-4 Stormwing plane (HARD) – 10 Battle Stars
Fortnite Challenges – Update 1
The new Fortnite Week 9 Challenges will be going live later today and fans don’t have much longer to wait.
These new challenges will go live at 2pm GMT and for those more tricky challenges we should have a guide and cheat sheet ready for you to help out.
In the event some of these challenges are changed at the last minute, stay tuned for updates.
Original Story – Fortnite Season 7 Week 9 challenges are coming tomorrow afternoon and as is now a tradition, the challenges have leaked ahead of time.
These leaked challenges look fairly straightforward, but there’s still a couple of fun ones to be completed as well as a few which may provide a stern test in that quest to earn the battle stars to level up the battle pass.
As per usual though, these challenges are separated into those available to every player and those available only to players who purchased the Season 7 Battle Pass.
One of the more interesting challenges that are supposedly on the cards for players in Week 9 will see players ‘Hitting three trash bins with an Icepuck’, but there’s also a time trial involving X-4 Stormwing planes.
All in all, it should be a good week for players and challenges.
On top of these, you’ve also got your weekly staples of landing at certain locations, eliminating opponents in a variety of ways among other things.
But just make sure that you finish each game if you want the challenges to count towards your overall progress.
Regardless if you want to get that free battle star, hidden in this week’s new loading screen, you’ll need to complete all challenges anyway.
